Sales Policy

We aim to meet your requirements quickly and efficiently. Once an order is placed we will confirm it and post it out to you within 3 days and if we are making it to order then we will contact you to let you know (this will take 1 or 2 days longer). 

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, returns are accepted. We ask you to contact us before you send the item back, stipulating whether you'd like to exchange for another product, size, or to receive a refund.

We ask that the item is sent back in its original, unworn condition. We regret that we cannot refund return postage. Please note the buyer is responsible for returning the item to us safely.

If your item is faulty we will of course accept it in a worn condition, send it over to us and we will either mend it or make you a new one or refund you, whichever you choose, return postage will be refunded for faulty goods, just let us know the total paid.
